Return Policy



(a) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items in its original condition unsoiled, unused and in their original packaging with tag cards attached securely wrapped to prevent any damage within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or refunds will only be granted within this timescale There is no restocking fee on retail orders. All clearance sales are final. No returns on clearance or special order items

(b) Please enclose a paper by explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include with your goods, all of the necessary paperwork, then the refund or replacement may be delayed or not be completed. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged return goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
 In the event that the item being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be dispatched.

(c) Postage costs incurred to return items will only be refunded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by us. We will not refund the postage if we have dispatched what you have ordered. If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item and wish to be credited for the postage please include a receipt for the postage cost.

(d) We will refund using the same method as the original payment within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging. Refunds will not be processed unless the goods are packed in their original packaging and are in a saleable condition.  

(e) 3S Sports & Tactical Gear will only honor returns or exchanges on orders placed directly with . 3S Sports & Tactical Gear will NOT honor returns or exchanges on items purchased at retail locations.

(f) This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Your Return

All returns are assigned an (RMA#) number. Request an (RMA#) number by contacting our customer relations department via email ,  or at 703-624-2550 (M – F 9AM – 5PM ET). Please enclose the (IR#) number with a note and reason to return the item. You have 14 days from when the item was delivered to you for returns.

Ship your package using a traceable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx. By using this method, the return merchandise can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed.
